2. Digital Products & Educational Content

NTN Healthcare Resources provides digital products, e-books, guides, templates, downloadable files, and educational materials.
All digital items are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Templates

  • Online learning materials

  • Planners

  • Printable PDFs

3. No Refunds, No Transfers, No Exchanges

All digital product sales are final.

Because digital products cannot be returned, we enforce a strict:

  • No Refunds

  • No Transfers

  • No Exchanges

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges receipt of these terms prior to checkout.

4. License & Permitted Use

Purchases grant ONE personal-use license to the purchaser only.

You may NOT:

  • Upload products to shared drives or public websites

  • Claim the content as your own

  • Modify and resell as a derivative product

Violations may result in legal action and revocation of access.

All materials, branding, digital files, texts, images, layouts, templates, and downloadable items are the property of NTN Healthcare Resources, LLC and protected under U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.

You receive limited use rights, not ownership.

6. Payment Terms

All purchases must be completed through Shopify’s secure checkout.
We accept major payment methods as permitted by Shopify.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes are prohibited.
Evidence of file access, download, and timestamped delivery will be provided to financial institutions in the event of a claim.

7. Technology & Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your file(s), we will assist with file delivery via:

  • Email

  • Alternate download link

  • Reissued access

Support for technical delivery does not override the No-Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Our educational materials are provided for informational and professional development purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Academic outcomes

  • Licensing outcomes

  • Career outcomes

  • Admission to graduate programs

  • Clinical or practicum approvals

Purchasers are responsible for verifying requirements with their educational institution, employer, or governing board.
